The SI7962DP-T1-E3 is a FETs - Arrays electronic component model. It is a monolithic controller used to stabilize the temperature of a laser diode or any other passive component used in telecommunications equipment. The device relies on an NTC thermistor to sense the temperature of the object attached to the thermoelectric cooler (TEC). The SI7962DP-T1-E3 is equipped with a PID compensation amplifier that features high stability and low noise. The compensation network can be adjusted by the user to optimize temperature settling time.
