No right, title or interest in any downloaded Content or materials is transferred to you as a result of this license. Chipdatas reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any Content you download from the Site, subject to this limited license for you to make personal use of the Content as set forth herein. You may not use any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the Site without express written consent from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law. You may not mirror, scrape, or frame the home page or any other pages of this Site on any other Web site or web page. You may not connect "deep links" to the Site, i.e., create links to this site that bypass the home page or other parts of the Site without written permission .

3. Limitation of Liability.

In no event shall Chipdatas be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages(including without limitation lost profits, lost savings, or loss of business opportunity)arising out of or relating to (I) Any product or service provide or to be provided by Chipdatas, or the use of inability to use the same; (II) The use of or inability to use the site, the service, or the content, (III) Any transaction conducted through or facilitated by the site; (IV) Any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the site, the service and/or the content; (V) Unauthorized access to or alliteration of your transmissions or data, (VI) Statements or conduct of any third party on the site or the service; (VII) Any other matter relating to the products, the site, the service or the content, even if Chipdatas has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.

When you use Chipdatas Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Chipdatas Services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Chipdatas's sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at Chipdatas's option, to replace such defective product or refund to customer the amount paid by customer therefore in no event shall Chipdatas's liability exceed the buyer's purchase price. The foregoing remedy shall be subject to buyer's written notification of defect and return of the defective product within sixty (60) days of purchase. The foregoing remedy does not apply to products that have been subjected to misuse (including without limitation static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or to products that have been soldered or altered during assembly, or are otherwise not capable of being tested. If you are dissatisfied with the site, the service, the content, or with the terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site. You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk.

5. Conditions of Order.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by you with Chipdatas.

(1).Order Validation and Acceptance.

When you place an order with us, we may need to verify your payment method, shipping address, or tax-exempt identification number (if applicable) before processing it. Your order submission through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase our Products. Chipdatas reserves the right to accept or decline your order, or any part of it, at our discretion. The acceptance of your order is confirmed when we ship the Product(s) to you. If we decline your order, we will make every effort to notify you via the email address or contact information provided with your order..

(2).Communication.

When placing an order through our Site, it is mandatory to provide a valid email address. This email address will be utilized for communicating with you about your order's status, update you about shipment of backordered goods, and provide other notices or communications regarding your order. You understand and agree that it's your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address. Chipdatas will not be liable for any damages or non-receipt of information as a result of an invalid or inaccurate email address provided by you..

(3).Pricing.

CHIPDATAS website quotes and related services are based on USD as the standard currency. If USD is not available for customers in their country or region, please convert according to the applicable currency in your country or region. In the future, we may provide prices in other currencies for other countries, which may involve exchange rate differences.

(4).Product Information

The type of product, product description, parameters, relevant pictures, videos and other information on the CHIPDATAS website are sourced from the internet and relevant suppliers. While we strive to maintain the accuracy, completeness, legality and authenticity of such information, CHIPDATAS website cannot guarantee its reliability. Additionally, CHIPDATAS website shall not assume any responsibility for the use or provision of such information on this site, and any associated risks incurred by businesses or users.

(5).Payment

CHIPDATAS offers a variety of convenient payment options in US dollars, such as PAYPAL, Credit Card, Master Card, VISA, American Express, Western Union, and Wire Transfer. Please note that payment must be made in the same currency as the order was placed. (6).Shipping Charges.

Shipping or freight charges, insurance, and destination customs duties will be paid by the customers.

(7).Banking Fees.

For wire transfer, we charge a USD $ 30.00 banking fee, for PAYPAL and Credit Card we charge 4.6% service fee of the total amount, for western union, there is no banking fee.

(8).Handling Charge

There is no handling fee.

(9).Freight Damage and Return Policy

In the event that you receive damaged merchandise during transit, it is imperative that you retain the original shipping carton, packing materials, and all parts intact. Kindly contact CHIPDATAS customer service immediately to initiate a claim. All returns must be made within 60 days from the date of invoice and should be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, part's image, and a brief explanation or test report detailing the reason for the return. Please note that any returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be in its original packaging and remain in a viable and resalable condition. Please be advised that parts returned as a result of customer error during the quote or sale will not be accepted.

(10).Customs Problem

CHIPDATAS quotations are FOB prices, we are not responsible for destination countries’ customs clearance.

If the customer's parts were detained or seized by the customer's local customs, CHIPDATAS can provide some documents for customers, but CHIPDATAS is not responsible for customs clearance, CHIPDATAS does not pay the customs fee, it's all customers' duty to clear the parts from customer's local customs.
CHIPDATAS will not ship again if parts were detained or seized in the customer's local customs, there is no refund of the payment.

(11).Duties and Responsibilities

CHIPDATAS is a reputable B2B and B2C trading platform. Please note that we are only able to inspect the external condition of goods and not the internal functionality. Returns can be made within 60 days of the invoice date, however, customers should be aware that they have no right to pursue legal action against CHIPDATAS for non-functional goods or demand additional compensation beyond what is specified in the return policy. It is essential to understand that CHIPDATAS serves as a platform for facilitating purchase transactions between customers and suppliers. We are not manufacturers, but rather a service provider dedicated to helping customers find the products they need. CHIPDATAS reserves the right to provide the final explanation on any disputes.
