Service Overview During National Day:

1. You can still submit backorders and inquiries during the holiday. The quotation will be updated starting from October 7th.

2. You can place and pay for orders online as usual. For urgent orders, we recommend using credit card. Orders that haven't been dispatched before September 29th will be processed on October 6th.

3. Any order complaints will be addressed starting from October 7th.

4. Some of our warehouse and customer service staff will be on duty to handle shipments and provide support.

5. Please note that shipping times may be delayed by 2-4 business days during the holiday. To avoid any delays, please plan your orders according to the holiday schedule provided.
