Description

The TC4426A/TC4427A/TC4428A are gate drivers for MOSFETs belonging to the TC4426/TC4427/TC4428 family. They have improvements such as matched rise and fall times. With an ability to charge/discharge 1000pF gate capacitances in under 30ns, they offer low enough impedances while in on and off states so that the MOSFET intended state is not affected, even by large transients. These devices are highly latch-up resistant under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings.
