Description
The ADP3120AJRZ is a gate driver used to drive two N-channel MOSFETs in a non-isolated synchronous buck power converter. It is a dual high-voltage MOSFET driver that is designed to be a one-stop-shop for all synchronous buck driver requirements. The ADP3120AJRZ is capable of driving a 3000 pF load with a 45 ns propagation delay and a 25 ns transition time.
