The ON Semiconductor MC34152PG is a low-side gate driver ideal for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-side and low-side configurations. It is available in two versions with different propagation delays and packages, 32 ns in 8-DIP and 36 ns in tube package. It has a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, high peak output current of up to 2A, fast propagation delay, and low quiescent current of 1.5mA. This model is suitable for applications such as motor control, power supplies, and automotive systems.
