Description
The HIP2101IBZT is a high frequency, 100V half-bridge N-channel power MOSFET driver IC. It features independently controlled low-side and high-side gate drivers that are matched to 13ns, giving users total control over dead-time for specific power circuit topologies. The HIP2101IBZT also has TTL/CMOS compatible logic input pins and undervoltage protection on both the low-side and high-side supplies which force the outputs low. It comes with an on-chip diode that eliminates the need for discrete diodes required with other driver ICs. This model is highly efficient and suitable for various power supply applications such as telecom, DC-DC converters, and forward converters.
