Description
The UCC27201ADRMR is a high-performance, high-speed MOSFET driver IC specifically designed for driving high power enhancement mode GaN FETs. It consists of an input comparator, Schmitt trigger, and dual output drivers with a programmable dead-time generator. With an operating voltage range from 4.5V to 18V, it can drive large gate capacitance power MOSFETs and GaN devices. Its high output peak current and short propagation delay time make it an ideal choice for high-frequency switching applications.
