  • Description

    The TC426MJA is a dual CMOS high-speed gate driver that translates a TTL/CMOS input voltage level into a rail-to-rail output voltage level swing. Its CMOS output is within 25 mV of ground or positive supply. This driver is widely used in Electronic Component applications.
