Description
The IXDI614PI is a high-speed, high-current gate driver developed for driving the largest MOSFETs and IGBTs to their peak switching times and maximum practical frequency limits. The driver is designed to minimize voltage rise and fall times to less than 30ns while sourcing and sinking 14A of peak current. It is compatible with TTL or CMOS and is fully immune to latch up over the entire operating range. The embedded circuit in the driver eliminates transistor cross conduction and current shoot-through, which ensures improved speed and drive capabilities as well as very low, matched rise and fall times.
