Description
The TC4426A/4427A/4428A is a family of buffer/drivers, which are an improved version of the earlier TC426/427/428. They are gate drivers that will not latch up under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings. These drivers can accept approximately 500mA of reverse current with polarity from the output. The device is electrostatic discharge protected, and all of its terminals are protected against up to 4 kV of electrostatic discharge. These are some of the characteristics of the TC4428AEPA model.
