Description
The AFT18H356-24S is an RF FET model with integrated PMOS transistor and overvoltage protection up to +20V. It can instantly disconnect the output from the input when wrong VBUS operational conditions are detected and provides a negative-going flag output. The device has ESD-protected input, and no external device is necessary, thus reducing the overall system cost and application board PCB area.

- Thermal shutdown
- Compliance to IEC61000-4-2
- ESD ratings: Machine Model = B; Human Body Model = 2
- 6 lead UDFN 2x2 mm package and 5 lead TSOP 3x3 mm package
- NCV prefix for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements; AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
