Description
The BF1108215 is an RF FET component that combines a depletion type Field-Effect Transistor (FET) and a band-switching diode in an SOT143B or SOT143R package. These devices offer low loss and high isolation capabilities, making them ideal for RF switching functions. Integrated diodes protect against excessive input voltage surges, and the MOSFET gate can be isolated from ground with the diode for low losses.
