The PD84010-E is an N-channel, enhancement-mode lateral field-effect RF power transistor designed for high gain, broadband commercial and industrial applications. It operates at 7.5V and can handle high frequencies up to 1GHz. The transistor comes in the first JEDEC approved, high power SMD package, PowerSO-10RF, which offers ease of assembly and excellent RF performance. With superior linearity, PD84010-E is suitable for portable radio applications.
