Description

The ADP3654ARDZ is a dual high voltage MOSFET driver efficient in powering two N-channel MOSFETs. The MOSFET driver is compatible with a non-isolated synchronous buck power converter and has the capacity to drive a 3000 pF load with a 45 ns propagation delay and a 25 ns transition time. One of the drivers can be bootstrapped, and is specifically designed to handle the high voltage slew rate associated with floating high-side gate drivers. The ADP3654ARDZ includes overlapping drive protection to avoid the possibility of shoot-through currents in the external MOSFETs.
