Description
The ISL6208BCRZ-T is a dual MOSFET driver that is designed to drive two N-Channel power MOSFETs in a synchronous-rectified buck converter topology. It is specially optimized for mobile computing applications that require high efficiency and excellent thermal performance. The ISL6208BCRZ-T, when combined with an Intersil multiphase Buck PWM controller, provides a complete single-stage core-voltage regulator solution for advanced mobile microprocessors.
