Description
The FAN3121CMX is a MOSFET driver designed for low-side switching applications that require high peak current pulses. It is available in two versions: FAN3121 with inverting configuration and FAN3122 with non-inverting configuration. The driver features an industry-standard pin-out with an enable input and operates within a wide voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. It offers a peak sink current of 11.4A at VDD = 12V and a sink/source current of 9.7A/7.1A at VOUT = 6V. With its under-voltage lockout function, the output is held low until the supply voltage is within the operating range.
