Description

The MIC4425YM is a BiCMOS DMOS buffer/driver/MOSFET driver, belonging to the MIC4423/4424/4425 driver family. It is an improved version of the MIC426/427/428 and is capable of providing reliable service in more demanding electrical environments. The driver has a high 3A-peak output current, a wide operating range of 4.5V to 18V, low supply current, and a low equivalent input capacitance of 6pF. It is compatible with inverting, noninverting, and differential configurations.
