Description
The MRF8P29300H is an N-Channel Enhancement-Mode Lateral MOSFET designed for CDMA and multicarrier base station applications in the RF FETs product category. It is suitable for frequencies ranging from 1805 to 1880 MHz and can be used in both Class AB and Class C for all typical cellular base station modulation formats. The transistor is capable of handling 10:1 VSWR and has a maximum output power of 280 Watts CW.
