Description
Electronic Component Model: ISL6613BCRZ is a gate driver used for controlling microprocessor core voltage regulation. It is designed to drive up to 4 interleaved synchronous-rectified buck channels in parallel, resulting in lower ripple currents and improved efficiency. The ISL6613BCRZ features Intersil's proprietary Active Pulse Positioning (APP) and Adaptive Phase Alignment (APA) modulation scheme, as well as active phase adding and dropping for enhanced light load efficiency.
