Description
The L6386D is a gate driver device under the product category of electronic components. It is manufactured using the BCD "OFF-LINE" technology, and has an independent referenced channel power MOS or IGBT driver structure. The upper or floating section of the device can work with a voltage rail of up to 600V. The logic inputs of the L6386D are compatible with CMOS/TTL for easy interfacing with controlling devices.

- Integrated bootstrap diode
- Outputs in phase with inputs
