Description
The IR2131SPBF is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with three independent high and low side referenced output channels. It is designed with proprietary HVIC technology for ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with a minimum logic level of 2.5V. The driver features a current trip function that can be derived from an external current sense resistor, as well as a shutdown input for customized shutdown functions. It also provides an open drain FAULT signal to indicate any shutdown occurrences. The output drivers have a high pulse current buffer stage for minimal driver cross-conduction, and the propagation delays are matched for simplified use in high frequency applications. The floating channels of the IR2131SPBF can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a high side configuration, supporting operation up to 600 volts.
