Description
The L6569AD013TR is a high voltage half bridge driver with a built-in oscillator. It can be programmed using an external resistor and capacitor to set the frequency of the oscillator. This device can be driven by both internal and external logic signals. It is designed to drive external N-channel power MOSFET and IGBT. With internal logic, it ensures a dead time of approximately 1.25µs to avoid cross conduction of the power devices. The L6569AD013TR is available in two versions: L6569 and L6569A, which differ in the low voltage gate driver start-up sequence.Specifications and features
