It is designed using ST's well-established strip-based PowerMESH™ layout, which allows for an extreme optimization of its performance. The SuperMESH™ series is specifically engineered to minimize on-resistance and ensure a high dv/dt capability for demanding applications. This series perfectly complements ST's range of high voltage MOSFETs, including the revolutionary MDmesh™ products.
