Description
The LT1336CS#PBF is a cost-effective half-bridge N-channel power MOSFET driver designed for various applications. It features a floating driver that can drive topside N-channel power MOSFETs operating off a high voltage (HV) rail of up to 60V (absolute maximum). The on-chip switching regulator ensures charge is maintained in the bootstrap capacitor even at high duty cycles.
