The FDS4895C is a dual N- and P-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor that belongs to the FETs-Arrays product category. It is designed by Fairchild Semiconductor using their advanced PowerTrench process that maintains superior switching performance while minimizing on-state resistance. This transistor has a high power and handling capability which makes it widely used in surface mount packages.
