Description
The FPF1006 is a low RDS P-Channel MOSFET load switch with CMOS controlled turn-on targeting small package load switch applications. It has an input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V. The switch control is by a logic input (ON) capable of interfacing directly with low voltage control signals. In addition, the FPF1006 has a 120Ω on-chip load resistor that allows for quick discharge of the output when the switch is turned off. It is available in a small 2X2 MicroFET-6 pin plastic package.
