Description
The BTS724G is a smart high-side power switch used for power distribution switches. It comes with four channels, providing 4 x 90mΩ and status feedback. It features a N channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology. This switch provides embedded protective functions.

Application Scenarios
The BTS724G is best suited for applications that require high-side power switch with diagnostic feedback for 12V and 24V grounded loads. It can be used for all types of resistive, inductive and capacitve loads, especially those with high inrush currents such as lamps. It can replace electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits.
