Description
The VN5050JTR-E is a power distribution switch ideal for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. It is manufactured by STMicroelectronics using VIPower technology and comes with Active VCC pin voltage clamp that protects the device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). The device can detect loads that are both open or shorted to VCC.
