The TPS1H200AQDGNRQ1 is a single-channel high-side power switch that is designed for power distribution switches applications. It comes with an inbuilt 200-m NMOS power FET that is fully shielded. With its adjustable current limit, this device helps to restrict the inrush or overload current, which in turn increases system reliability. The TPS1H200AQDGNRQ1 also provides open-load detection in both the ON and OFF settings, making it ideal for use in isolated systems that can be used without an MCU.
