Description
The TPS2560DRCR is a dual-channel power-distribution switch designed for precision current limiting and heavy capacitive loads or short circuits in electronic components. This device has a programmable current-limit threshold between 250 mA and 2.8 A (typ) per channel through an external resistor. Additionally, the power-switch rise and fall times are controlled to minimize current surges during turn on and off.
