Electronic Component Model: ITS711L1 is a power distribution switch designed with N channel vertical power FET with charge pump. It is ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, which is monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology. The switch provides embedded protective functions.
