Description
The MIC2025-2BMTR is a high-side MOSFET switch optimized for general-purpose power distribution requiring circuit protection. It is internally current limited and has thermal shutdown to protect the device and load. The MIC2025-2BMTR offers "smart" thermal shutdown that reduces current consumption in fault modes. It has a maximum on-resistance of 140mΩ and operates in a range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The minimum continuous output current is 500mA, and it has short-circuit protection with thermal shutdown. The MIC2025-2BMTR also has a fault status flag with a 3ms filter to eliminate false assertions. It has an undervoltage lockout feature and reverse current flow blocking. Additionally, it has a circuit breaker mode to reduce power consumption and a soft-start circuit. The MIC2025-2BMTR is pin-compatible with MIC2525.
