Description
The VNB14NV04 is a power distribution switch from STMicroelectronics that is designed to replace standard power MOSFETs in DC to 50 KHz applications. It is built using VIPower™ M0 technology and comes with a range of integrated features to protect the chip from harsh environments. These include built-in thermal shutdown, linear current limitation, and overvoltage clamp. The chip also offers diagnostic feedback, which can be detected by monitoring the voltage at the input pin.
