Description
The VNQ5160K-E is a monolithic device made using STMicroelectronics VIPower™ M0-5 technology. It is a power distribution switch that is intended for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. The device features an active VCC pin voltage clamp that protects it against low energy spikes. It is also designed with inrush current active management by power limitation, very low standby current, optimized electromagnetic emission and very low electromagnetic susceptibility. In addition, it is compliant with the 2002/95/EC European directive.
