Description
The TPS2042ADRG4 is a power distribution switch ideal for use in switch mode power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. This device comes in either TO-220AB, TO-220FPAB, or D²PAK packages. It is specifically designed for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection applications.
