Electronic Component Model - FZT491TA is a high-performance transistor (BJT) designed for power MOSFET gate driving and low loss power switching applications. The model has a BVCEO value of >60V, IC = 1A high continuous current, and a low saturation voltage VCE(sat) of < 500mV at 1A. It is a lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony-free device that meets AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. The complementary PNP type for this transistor is FZT591.
