Description
The VN575SP is a power distribution switch composed of three monolithic chips in a standard SO-28 package. It consists of a double high side switch and two low side switches. The high side switch utilizes STMicroelectronics VIPower™ M0-5 Technology, while the low side switches are fully protected VIPower™ M0-3 OMNIFET II. This device is designed for driving DC motors in a bridge configuration and can also be used as a quad switch for various low voltage applications.
