Description
The MJF3055G is a single NPN transistor designed for general purpose amplifier and switching applications. It is part of the complementary silicon power transistors series, with a maximum rated collector current of 10 amperes and a collector-emitter sustaining voltage of 90 volts. The MJF3055G is specifically designed with an isolated overmold package, eliminating the need for isolating washers and reducing system cost. It is electrically similar to the popular MJE3055T and MJE2955T transistors and is UL recognized for its 3500 VRMS isolation. The epoxy used in the MJF3055G is UL 94 V-0 compliant at 0.125 inches and has high ESD ratings. Pb-Free packages are also available for environmentally conscious applications.
