Description
The MIC94060YML is an electronic component model in the power distribution switches category. It is a high-side load switch designed for operation between 1.7V to 5.5V. The device contains a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that supports over 2A of continuous current. It features an active load discharge circuit which ensures capacitive loads retain no charge when the main switch is in an OFF state. The MIC94060YML also has a rapid turn on, making it suitable for various applications.
