Description
The VND5E050MK-E is a double-channel high-side driver that is manufactured in ST's proprietary VIPower™ M0-5 technology. It is designed to drive 12V grounded loads in automotive applications, providing protection, diagnostics, and easy 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interface with any microcontroller. The VND5E050MK-E is housed in a tiny PowerSSO-24 package for compact design and improved electromagnetic compatibility.
