Description
The VNS1NV04DP-E is a power distribution switch device designed for DC up to 50KHz applications. It is composed of two monolithic OMNIFET II chips in a standard SO-8 package. The device is built with STMicroelectronics VIPower™ M0-3 technology, which allows it to replace standard Power MOSFETs. It is equipped with thermal shutdown, linear current limitation, and overvoltage clamp features to protect the chip even in harsh environments.
