  • Description

    The VN920 is a monolithic device designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology. It is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground. The device features an active VCC pin voltage clamp to protect against low energy spikes, as well as active current limitation coupled with thermal shutdown and automatic restart for over-load protection. The device also integrates an analog current sense output that delivers a current proportional to the load current. Furthermore, it has the capability to automatically turn off in the case of a disconnected ground pin.
