The STMicroelectronics Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers VNQ83013TR are ideal for medium power applications, offering a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. This versatile device features a 6A auto-restart capability and a N-channel VIPower 28-SO General Purpose MOSFET with 5.5V to 36V range. Along with its high Current rating (6A) and low ON-resistance (0.86mΩ max), the device also has an integrated Status Flag that allows the user to observe the switch’s status at any moment. This device is perfect for applications that require connectivity, power distribution and easy monitoring, while operating within a range of voltages with an enhanced reliability in harsh environments.
