Description
The Electronic Component Model PBSS304PX is a low VCEsat (BISS) transistor that offers best-in-class efficiency and is designed to effectively dissipate heat from applications. This transistor is a cost-effective alternative to medium-power transistors and is capable of delivering a current capability of 1 - 5 A in various package options such as SOT223 (SC-73), SOT89 (SC-62), SOT23, or SOT457 (SC-74).
