Description
The NCP101X series integrates a fixed-frequency current-mode controller and a 700 V MOSFET.
The NCP1012AP100G is a member of the NCP101X series. It is an offline switching power supply controller that integrates a fixed-frequency current-mode controller and a 700 V MOSFET. The device is designed to enable the construction of a rugged and low-cost switching power supply and includes soft-start, frequency jittering, short-circuit protection, skip-cycle, a maximum peak current setpoint, and a dynamic self-supply that eliminates the need for an auxiliary winding. Unlike other monolithic solutions, the NCP101X is quiet by nature and provides excellent efficiency at light loads without acoustic noise generation.
