    The FCPF400N80Z is a high voltage super-junction (SJ) Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET) from Fairchild Semiconductor's SuperFET®II MOSFET family. This MOSFET utilizes charge balance technology providing a low on-resistance and a lower gate charge performance. The MOSFET is engineered to minimize conduction loss and provide superior switching performance withstanding extremely high dv/dt rate and a higher avalanche energy. It is suitable for various AC/DC power conversions for system miniaturization and better efficiency.
