Description
The NCP1013AP133G is an offline switcher and AC DC converter electronic component that integrates a fixed frequency current-mode controller and a 700 V MOSFET. This product is ideal for building low-cost and rugged power supplies because of its soft start, short-circuit protection, frequency jittering, skip-cycle, and maximum peak current setpoint. It comes in a PDIP-7, PDIP-7 Gull Wing, or SOT-223 package with a high creepage distance between high-voltage pins.
