The FQA19N60 is an N-Channel enhancement mode power field-effect transistor belonging to the MOSFET product category. It is a device manufactured using Fairchild's proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology that is specifically tailored to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode.
