    Bias Resistor Transistors (BRT) are NPN Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with a monolithic bias resistor network. This series is designed to simplify circuit design by replacing a single device and its external resistor bias network. The BRT integrates a single transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. By eliminating these individual components, the BRT reduces both system cost and board space. The device is housed in the SC-70/SOT-323 package, which is ideal for low power surface mount applications.
